Overview

Saint Clare's Health System maintains a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary childbirth education and support program. We aim to prepare new parents, assist growing families, and help extended families cope with the many “growing pains” that often accompany a new baby.

With classes for moms-to-be, couples, adoptive parents, siblings, and grandparents, every member of the family can participate and learn new skills in anticipation of the newborn. Our classes are taught by registered nurses and childbirth educators who are experienced in all areas of pre- and post-natal care.
