National Cardiac Rehab Week

Denville, NJ (February 15, 2019) – Saint Clare’s Cardiac Rehabilitation continues to celebrate National Cardiac Rehab Week. On Tuesday, February 12, three workshop seminars were conducted by various specialists in their field. In the morning, Wendy Long, Senior Care Liaison at Saint Clare’s Health, and Trish Colucci-Barbosa, RN-BC, CCM, Peace Aging Care Experts, LLC. Continued their senior living options workshop at 10 am. At 11 am Robert McMillan, MS, EP, exercise physiologist at Saint Clare’s Health, conducted a seminar on balance and core exercises. In the afternoon Theresa Callaghan, MS, RDN (Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist), a retail dietitian at ShopRite, conducted a program on heart healthy shopping tips.
