Online Nursery

Saint Clare’s Health System offers an online nursery, provided by Our365 Portrait Company, is a place for parents to view pictures of their newborns and share them electronically with friends and family. A photographer from Our365 will visit you while at The Katena Center to take photos, which you may share with family and friends through Our365’s secure, password-protected site for Saint Clare’s.

Your customer number and sign-in instructions will be provided by the photographer at the time the photos are taken. Friends and family members should contact you for sign-in information. Your baby’s photos will typically be posted within 48 hours of being taken and will remain online indefinitely. To access the photos, visit Saint Clare’s Our365 site, and choose the date of birth from the dropdown menu on the page that follows. Photos are listed under the Mother’s name.

If you have any difficulty viewing your baby’s photos or managing your account, please contact the Our365 Customer Care Center at 1-800-620-8474, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm or Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm (EST).

New Jersey Family Care / WIC
