Wellness and Recovery Center

Overview

The Wellness and Recovery Center at Saint Clare’s provides urgent mental health care in a setting that is separate from the medical facility. Individuals experiencing a pressing mental health need, or those who may be going through difficult life circumstances, will benefit from rapid access to a team of professionals and a comprehensive array of services. This intensive support may reduce risk factors and provide needed intervention to individuals in the community.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of licensed Master's level Clinicians, a Co-Occurring Clinical Specialist, a Psychiatrist, Advanced Practice Nurses (APN), and a Peer Advocate.

Our Approach

Our approach is to offer an effective and timely response to individuals in need of rapid assessment and intervention. Our multidisciplinary team provides services for a period of time that varies based on the individual. For some, one or two visits are sufficient, while for others the maximum enrollment period of 30 days is beneficial. Individuals may be seen as often as needed during their treatment episode. Resource information and linkage to follow-up services will be provided as indicated.

Our recovery and support services include:

  • Crisis Intervention
  • Counseling
  • Case Management
  • Medication Evaluation
  • Peer Support
  • Psycho-education
  • Referral & Linkage

The Wellness and Recovery Center will not deny service for anyone in need based on their ability to pay. Insurance payments will be initiated when applicable.
